Web3 digital goods on nullsocial.app — priced in USDT.

1. Scope

NULL operates via internal ecosystem tokens — loyalty support points (NULL pts) to reward creators, and the NULL Pro tier. These are purely virtual Web3 utility assets. NULL Pro subscriptions and physical NULL brand merchandise are sold exclusively for USDT cryptocurrency via the certified provider NOWPayments. Merch is shipped by postal carriers.

2. Currency

All interactions are priced strictly in USDT stablecoin. Rate: 1.00 USDT = 41 pts. Top-up packages: 100, 250, 500 and 1000 pts (invoiced in USDT at that rate). NULL Pro: 2.50 / 6.00 / 20.00 USDT or 250 / 600 / 2000 pts. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency via a third-party payment provider (NOWPayments). The final on-chain amount is calculated when the invoice is created. NULL does not support fiat payment operations.

3. Payment process

After you pick a product, NULL creates an invoice and opens NOWPayments’ secure checkout in your system browser. Once the transaction is confirmed by the network, we receive a webhook notification and instantly credit the goods to your account.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital and instant: NULL pts are credited to your balance and NULL Pro is activated immediately after payment is confirmed. There is no separate physical delivery.

5. Payment security

NULL does not collect or store wallet details or payment credentials. All payment processing is handled by the certified payment provider. The order amount is computed on the platform server (and/or smart-contract layer) and cannot be modified by the client. The platform does not support fiat operations.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once credited, except as required by law and in case of technical failures.

9. USDT Withdrawals

Users can convert accumulated support points back into USDT at the rate of 41 pts = 0.85 USDT (before the withdrawal fee). The minimum withdrawal threshold is 500 pts. Requests are subject to an anti-fraud holding period of up to 24 hours. For security reasons, manual identity verification (ID photo and selfie) may be requested. Network gas fees are borne by the recipient.
